Silicon free thermal interface material refers to a thermal interface material that does not contain organic silicon components. Silicon free thermal interface material is a material used to fill the micro gaps and surface irregularities caused by the bonding or contact of two materials, in order to reduce heat transfer impedance and improve heat dissipation performance.
